Product Overview

Introducing Vessel Vector “Neo” – The World’s First Lithium-ion Powered Thruster System. A revolutionary, patented Li-NMC thruster system redefining marine maneuverability. Traditional thrusters demand heavy power for sustained use, risking voltage drops, thermal events, and costly modifications like extra batteries or upgraded alternators. Neo solves this with an independent Li-NMC battery, integrated BMS for ABYC-compliant safety, and CAN/Bus customization for seamless joystick or analog control. It trickle-charges when the engine is running, creating its own capacity and preserving valuable resources for your boats’ other systems. Neo is scalable for bow/stern combos, and larger vessels, without straining your electrical system.

  • Equipped with an independent 10 Amp Hour Lithium-ion NMC battery pack for sustained usage without straining the boats native electrical system.
  • Additional or upgraded batteries and electrical systems are typically not required. System can be installed in most boats without additional modifications.
  • Dual motors can be strategically positioned to offer symetrical thrust and better control and movement, making docking and navigating tight spaces a breeze.
  • Ventilation Prevention: By positioning motors away from surf exhaust systems, our design prevents exhaust bubbles from causing ventilation and performance loss—a common issue in other systems.
  • Sleek Integration: Compact motors integrate seamlessly with your boat’s hull, often utilizing existing equipment and factory-drilled holes. This means less invasive installation with only two small wire holes needed.
  • Modular Design: Our system’s modularity allows for easy upgrades and servicing of individual components—motors, drivers, or control modules—without overhauling the entire system.
  • Dock Hold Feature: Engage the Dock Hold function to maintain your position against the dock for up to three minutes, allowing you to leave the helm confidently to secure your boat.

OEM and Aftermarket Integrations Available

  • Voltage: Integrates with 12V boat systems, converting to 58V DC.
  • Motors: Two 1200W brushless motors with sealed bearings.
  • Thrust: Each motor produces 15 kg of thrust, enhanced by a high-bypass nozzle for optimal performance.
  • Fits Most boats up to 30 feet in length.
  • Can be integrated with a variety of OEM Systems via CAN/Bus or installed aftermarket as a standalone system.

Integrated Motor Brackets Available For:

Wake Boats: Axis, Centurion, Helix, Heyday, Malibu, MasterCraft, MB, Moomba, Nautique, Supra, Supreme and Tigé.
Pontoon Boats: Our universal pontoon bracket design can be added to most pontoon makes and models.

Freshwater Use: Standard systems designed for freshwater environments.
Saltwater Adaptability: Can be modified for saltwater with the addition of appropriate anodes.
